- Confirmation of your booking will be in 24 hours.
- After you received the confirmation of your booking, 25% Deposit should be paid immediately or within 15 days after making the reservation.
- After paying deposit, please inform us by fax +66 39 558082 or email at [email protected].
** Please note that the hotel has authority to cancel your reservation if we do not receive your deposit payment before check-in date.**
- Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or
by credit card of VISA & Master.
- A check-in voucher will be sent via email or
fax for easy reference.
- If you have problems sending this booking form or
have any questions, please email us.

Cancellation Policy

:If your reservation is cancelled more than 10 day(s) prior to check-in date, the refund can be possible.
** Please note that the refund will be deducted 4% of Paysbuy's credit card charge (If paid by a credit card through Internet) and THB 550 of money transfer fee to bank outside Thailand.**
